There's never been a better time to chuck on a pair of trainers and head out for a run. You're not never too old, or too young or too slow.


I'm a qualified and experienced UK Athletics Run Coach and Run Leader at Striders of Croydon and Oxted Ladies Run Club, as well as Fitness coach specialising in women's health. Competing in events ranging from 100m track up to marathon as well as road and cross country racing at club level, I've been passionate about running since school age and it's something I want to share with others to find enjoyment and feel good about themselves.


SHE ACTIVE run coaching programmes are built on the foundations of finding your inner strength - run stronger, run further, get fitter and achieve your goals from inside out.

Whether you're an aspiring runner who'd never call themselves a runner, returning to running post baby or after an injury or wanting to step your running up a level, I can help you in a few ways. Find out about options available below.

Online Coaching

Total on hand support providing a customised training plan with regular check-ins to keep you motivated and on track.

 A private 1 hour session in person typically including warm up, drills, technique, strength exercises, intervals and stretching.

A customised 4, 8 or 12 week training plan tailored to you and your goals, with no frills.

Walk to Run 5k

A friendly, welcoming women only group for beginners or if you've had some time out from running. The next course starts in January 2023.
