If you've just had a baby Postnatal Pilates is a great way to build strength from inside out. or perhaps circuits in the park is more your thing. We've got your back. Sessions are designed and led to adapt for all abilities across postnatal and beyond. You take it at your own pace and make friends whilst doing it!
Small Group Training
Small group training could be the solution you're looking for. Motivation on an individual and group level, challenging workouts where you're pushed within your capabilities and a variety of equipment eg. slam balls, bands, sand bags, kettlebells, sticks . 60 minutes of strength, cardio and mobility outdoors and having FUN with friends
