Personal Training is a quick and effective way to get in shape, reaching your health and fitness goals. At SHE ACTIVE one size does not fit all, each programme is customised for you.  Find out more about programmes available below.

Postnatal Restore & Revive Programme 

 

It includes:

 

  •  6 x1hour sessions

  •  Initial postnatal assessment and consultation (approx 1.5hours) plus a follow up assessment at week 6. Includes posture, alignment, core  synergy 

  •  Customised exercise programming, focusing on core restoration and functional movement

  •  Releases to address specific problem areas 

  •  Regular food diary reviews

  •  Nutrition tips

  •  Support and motivation

  •  Self care strategies

  •  Suggested homework to do in your own time during the week including videos

  •  Resistance band, mini band and ball

  •  Flexibility - a time and place of your choice (your home, garden, park).

 

What you can expect to feel:

 

  •  Stronger, fitter and toned

  •  Improved pelvic floor and core function

 

Programme Cost

 

- 6 session programme is £305 

- 12 session programme is £545

Payment can be made in 2 or 3 instalments.

Pregnafit Programme

It includes:

 

  • 6 x1hour sessions

  • Initial assessment and consultation (approx 1.5hours) plus a follow up assessment. 

  • Customised exercise programming with functional movement preparing you for daily activities in the 4th trimester

  • Releases to address specific problem areas 

  • Regular food diary reviews

  • Nutrition and lifestyle tips

  • Support and motivation

  • Self care strategies, relaxation and mindfulness

  • Suggested homework with videos

  • Resistance band, mini band and ball

  • Flexibility - a time and place of your choice (your home, garden, park).

What you can expect to feel:

  • Stronger, fitter and mobilised during pregnancy and into the 4th trimester

  • Improved connection with pelvic floor and function

  • A solid understanding of recovery and safe return to exercise in the early postnatal stage.

Programme Cost

- 6 session programme is £300 

- 12 session programme is £540

Payment can be made in 2 or 3 instalments. Any remaining sessions can be used for postnatal.

Standard Programme

 

  •  Initial consultation & 6 week assessment

  • Focused sessions designed for you to meet your specific training goals 

  • A varied, fun and energising full body workout 

  • Instruction on performing exercises correctly and effectively

  • Support and motivation

  • Nutrition advice

  • Exercise homework to do in your own time

  • Flexibility - a time and place of your choice (your home, garden, park).

 

Programme Cost

 

- 6 session programme is £225

- PAYG is £40/hour
