Personal Training is a quick and effective way to get in shape, feel great, reaching your health and fitness goals. At SHE ACTIVE one size does not fit all, each programme is customised for you.  Find out more about programmes available below.

Postnatal Restore & Revive Programme 

 

It includes:

 

  •  6 x1hour sessions via Zoom or outdoors

  •  Initial postnatal assessment and consultation plus a follow up assessment at week 6. Includes posture, alignment, core synergy. 

  •  Customised exercise programming, focusing on core restoration and functional movement

  •  Releases to address specific problem areas 

  •  Regular food diary reviews

  •  Nutrition tips

  •  Support and motivation

  •  Self care strategies

  •  Suggested homework to do in your own time during the week, some including videos

  •  Resistance band, mini band and ball

  •  Flexibility - a time and place of your choice (outdoors or online).

 

What you can expect to feel:

 

  •  Stronger, fitter and toned

  •  More confident

  •  Clothes fit better

  •  Energised

  •  Improved pelvic floor and core function

 

Programme Cost

 

- 6 session programme is £330

- 12 session programme is £600

Payment can be made in 2 or 3 instalments.

Fitness in Pregnancy Programme (In person)

It includes:

 

  • 6 x1hour sessions on Zoom or outdoors

  • Initial assessment and consultation (approx 1.5hours) plus a follow up assessment. In person or online.

  • Customised exercise programming with functional movement preparing you for daily activities in the 4th trimester

  • Releases to address specific problem areas 

  • Regular food diary reviews

  • Nutrition and lifestyle tips

  • Support and motivation

  • Self care strategies, relaxation and mindfulness

  • Suggested homework with videos

  • Resistance band, mini band and ball

  • Flexibility - a time and place of your choice (outdoors or online).

What you can expect to feel:

  • Stronger, fitter and mobilised during pregnancy and into the 4th trimester

  • Improved connection with pelvic floor and function

  • A solid understanding of recovery and safe return to exercise in the early postnatal stage.

Programme Cost

- 6 session programme is £330

- 12 session programme is £600

Payment can be made in 2 or 3 instalments. Any remaining sessions can be used for postnatal.

Fitness in Pregnancy Programme (Online)

An online programme to safely support women through each trimester in mind and body, keeping them active and moving confidently.

There are different options to suit:

1) Full Package (3 trimesters)
18 easy to follow videos plus 7 bonus content videos:

- Stretch
- Cardio
- Getting up / down
- Carpel Tunnel Syndrome
- Posture
- Relaxation - nostril breathing
- Relaxation - 5 minute mindfulness
 

2) Single Trimester 1, 2 or 3
6 videos (3 x mobilisation + 3 x workouts)

What you can expect to feel:

  • Stronger, fitter and mobilised during pregnancy and into the 4th trimester

  • Improved connection with pelvic floor and function

  • A solid understanding of recovery and safe return to exercise in the early postnatal stage.

How much does it cost?

I'm offering a fantastic promo price - £50 for the full package (usual price £75) or £20 for a single trimester (usual price £30). 

Offer ends 30th September. There's no expiry on videos so you can keep going back as many times as you like.

Standard Programme

  • Instruction on performing exercises correctly and effectively

Programme Cost

 

- 6 session programme is £300

- 10 sessions (including 1 free session) is £500

- PAYG is £55/hour
