1:1 Coaching

 

You've got a goal in mind and you need some extra help. Train with me in person outdoors, because after all fresh air and outdoors is best. This is personalised session focusing on you, whether you're a newbie or seasoned runner you're in the right place.

Here's what you get..

  • Initial phone / email consultation to find out more about you - goal, running experience, how many times you can train, injuries etc but also overall health & wellbeing.

  • Dynamic mobilisation

  • Technique focus

  • Drills for efficient running

  • Intervals / Speed session/ hill session/ tempo / trail

  • Strength exercises /ABCs (optional)

  • Cost: £45 per 1hr session

Joint and small group coached sessions are also available.
