An active pregnancy was important to me in helping to manage gestational diabetes, the physical demands of my job as a Fitness Coach and for my mental wellbeing. I was very lucky to be able to continue running up to 36 weeks. Out of this the Fitness in Pregnancy plan was born. An online programme to safely support women through each trimester in mind and body, keeping them active and moving confidently.

There are different options to suit:

1) Full Package (3 trimesters)
18 easy to follow videos

PLUS 7 bonus content videos:

- Stretch
- Cardio
- Getting up / down
- Carpel Tunnel Syndrome
- Posture
- Relaxation - nostril breathing
- Relaxation - 5 minute mindfulness
 

2) Single Trimester 1, 2 or 3
6 videos (3 x mobilisation + 3 x workouts)

WHO IT'S FOR

Suitable for all levels of fitness not just motherhood with adaptations for prenatal / postnatal and return from injury. Babies, toddlers and older children are welcome in class.

I have worked with Amanda for the last 6 months. She has worked wonders on helping me piece myself physically back together after the birth of my 2nd child. Her corefit classes have helped improve and strengthen my core & pelvic floor after pregnancy had taken their toll. I learned simple nifty tricks such as the effect of rolling a tennis ball on the foot and how useful this can be on the body.
