Buggyfit classes are a great way for you and baby to get outdoors for some fresh air, a full body workout and meet some other friendly faces too. Sessions are designed and led to adapt for all abilities across postnatal and beyond, promoting safe exercise.
Personal Training gives you the flexibility needed in the life of being a busy woman - juggling family life, home, work and wearing many different hats. It's a quick and effective way to stay on track, reaching your wellbeing and fitness goals.
SHE ACTIVE run coaching programmes are built on the foundations of finding your inner strength - run stronger, run further, get fitter and achieve your goals from inside out with a qualified female run coach who gets the complexities of the female body.
I really enjoyed the walk to run course with Amanda. I am not a natural runner at all and to now be able to run 5k without stopping is something I am very proud of. I couldn't have done this without the support, encouragement and excellent advice given through the 6 week programme. It is fun, everyone is so friendly and it has made me fall in love with exercise again.
