HIIT in the park

 

Get fit and get strong in mind and body with SHE ACTIVE HIIT in the park.

No fancy stuff. 45 minutes of circuits with short rests in between. There's something for everyone with high/low impact exercise, functional training, body weight resistance, cardio kickers and fun session formats. We've spent so long indoors, it's time to get outdoors, feel re-energised and breathe in the fresh air SHE ACTIVE style with other class members.

What are the benefits of exercising outdoors? In addition to the ones mentioned above exercising outdoors:
