HIIT in the park

 

Get fit and get strong in mind and body with SHE ACTIVE HIIT in the park.

No fancy stuff. 30 minutes of circuits with short rests in between. Enjoying the great outdoors and fresh air (and of course enjoy it SHE ACTIVE style with other class members).

 

There's something for everyone with high/low impact exercise, functional training, body weight resistance and fun session formats.

 

Outdoor 30 minute sessions take place on Wednesdays 6.30pm at Master Park, Oxted.
