FIT in the park

Get fit and get strong in mind and body with SHE ACTIVE FIT in the park.

No fancy stuff. 30 minutes of circuits with short rests in between. There's something for everyone with high/low impact exercise, functional training, body weight resistance, cardio kickers and fun session formats. Feel re-energised, enjoying the great outdoors and fresh air SHE ACTIVE style with other class members.
