Buggyfit classes are a great way for you and baby to get outdoors for some fresh air, a full body workout and meet some other friendly faces too. Sessions are designed and led to adapt for all abilities across postnatal and beyond, promoting safe exercise. You take it at your own pace and have fun whilst doing it! Classes are a mix of cardio, strengthening and toning exercises ensuring we get a total body workout. The class lasts for approx 45 minutes. No childcare required, bring your baby with you.

You can attend Buggyfit 6 weeks postnatal (8-10 weeks if you've had a C-section) as long as you've had your 6-8 week check with your GP and you have the green light as safe to begin exercise.
