Helping you through your pre and postnatal journey at any stage. This course is designed to address just that with functional exercises, time to de-stress, release tension and relaxation working towards a stronger you, ready to take on those everyday challenges life throws at you

Personal Training gives you the flexibility needed in the life of being a busy woman - juggling family life, home, work and wearing many different hats. It's a quick and effective way to stay on track, reaching your wellbeing and fitness goals.

Taking the guesswork out of what you can and can’t do during pregnancy. Including preparing your body for labour and delivery, recovering from pregnancy and building a strong foundation in the postnatal stages.

 
 

I really enjoyed the walk to run course with Amanda. I am not a natural runner at all and to now be able to run 5k without stopping is something I am very proud of. I couldn't have done this without the support, encouragement and excellent advice given through the 6 week programme. It is fun, everyone is so friendly and it has made me fall in love with exercise again.
